Job Title: Procurement Officer

Salary: up to £40,308
We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our Finance team and support the delivery of high-quality procurement services across the college. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a passion for value-driven, compliant procurement.
Your Role Will Include:
- Managing end-to-end tender processes for a wide range of goods and services
- Supporting stakeholders to ensure procurement is planned and compliant from the outset
- Maintaining and updating the college’s contract and procurement records
- Advising internal teams on procurement regulations, processes, and financial procedures
- Using e-tendering tools to ensure full transparency and auditability
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience or understanding of procurement in public or education settings
- Familiarity with Public Procurement Regulations and financial compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work flexibly, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
