Job Title: Procurement Officer

Salary: up to £40,308

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our Finance team and support the delivery of high-quality procurement services across the college. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a passion for value-driven, compliant procurement.

Your Role Will Include:

• Managing end-to-end tender processes for a wide range of goods and services
• Supporting stakeholders to ensure procurement is planned and compliant from the outset
• Maintaining and updating the college’s contract and procurement records
• Advising internal teams on procurement regulations, processes, and financial procedures
• Using e-tendering tools to ensure full transparency and auditability

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience or understanding of procurement in public or education settings
• Familiarity with Public Procurement Regulations and financial compliance
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work flexibly, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
