As our Digital Project Analyst, you’ll be a critical part of our Digital team, translating strategic visions into clear technical plans and ensuring everything runs smoothly—from planning to implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and document technical project requirements
- Creating detailed project plans, tracking workloads, and identifying process improvements
- Coordinating technical testing, quality assurance, and UAT cycles
- Supporting system rollouts and liaising with both internal teams and external suppliers
- Producing insightful data analysis and dashboards to inform project decisions
- Maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with data and IT policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Has a sharp eye for detail and a structured approach to problem solving
- Is confident managing technical documentation and analysing project data
- Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Understands the value of quality assurance, testing, and workflow optimisation
- Is comfortable working across departments and adapting to changing needs
- Embraces innovation and champions best practices in project deliver
