Come join our wonderful Project SEARCH team as an Academic Instructor. In this role, you will be based at Great Western Hospital (Swindon) working with a small cohort of SEND students to support them during their placement at GWH. You will support these learners to bride the gap between education adnd employment, and build and maintain strong relationships with other employers such as Swindon Borough Council and Project SEARCH. You will also coordinate and deliver the Project SEARCH programme and providing sessions that embed English and Maths, set inspiring SMART targets to create motivation and ensure all eligible funding is claimed to continue to provide support.
To apply for this role, you will need English and Maths at minimum Level 2, Level 3 certificate for Supported Employment Practitioners or willing to work towards, and Level 4 teaching qualification or willing to work towards.
