As an Adult Education Centre Manager, you will ensure a high quality, efficient and funding-compliant curriculum is provided where innovation is encouraged, high performance is recognised and success is celebrated contributing to the overall achievement and success of the College curriculum teams. You will ensure recruitment, retention and achievement of our learners is supported to meet enrolment targets, develop the AEC to meet community needs, support and manage the delivery of new and alternative provision and successfully lead the AEC team of permanent staff, tutors and volunteers to deliver the highest quality service.
