Pacing the halls to be a Placement Officer?

In this role you will help students gain meaningful, career-shaping experience in Early Years settings. You'll be the friendly, professional link between learners, employers and teaching teams - making sure every placement is safe, supportive and aligned with students' goals.

You will visit placement sites - before and during - to ensure the placement is going smoothly (mileage paid through expenses), liaise with local organisations and ensure all the right checks and paperwork are in place. You'll also play a key part in supporting T-Level delivery and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll need a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent experience), a full UK driving licence and a passion for helping students succeed. You will need to be organised, approachable and ready to take ownership of a vital part of our learners' journey.

This role is full time, term time only.

Benefits: 5.5 weeks holiday paid in salary, 21.7% College pension contribution to LGPS, health care cash plan, free car parking, discounted Hair & Beauty, on-site gym, staff development & training, Pluxee Retail Discount Scheme, and more!

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sectors of the community.
