Do you have the energy to Evolve? Our Evolve team is waiting for you!

Our Evolve and ALS team are looking for an Evolve Teacher to join their expanding team. You will be teaching English, Mathematics, Functional Skills and GCSE to our Evolve students in one to ones or small groups. Our students in this area have learning differences, but you will build close relationships and rapport helping out students to achieve their goals.

To apply for this role, you will need to have a minimum of a Level 4 teaching qualification. We love to invest in our staff, and we can sponsor your training to Level 5 and additional career-building skills. You will need to be an empathetic and understanding person who has experience working with students with complex needs and EHCPs. You are a creative and approachable person who works great in a team.
