Hours: 22.2 per week (8:30-5 Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday) (From Sept 2024: 8:30-5 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) (fixed term contract available)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Job Coach to lead the College's Supported Employment team, providing employment opportunities for learners with additional needs and creating a bridge from education to employment. You will play a pivotal role in developing strong relationships with employers who wish to work with our Inclusive Learning curriculum area at New College Swindon. You will need to have access to your own vehicle to be able to visit external placements. This will be remunerated by submitting fuel expenses.
