Fluent in strategy, spreadsheets, and student success? Do you believe that business education should be as bold and forward-thinking as the industries it serves?

We’re looking for a Lecturer in Business who can bring real-world relevance, academic rigour, and a spark of inspiration to our learners from Level 1 all the way up to Level 5. Whether it’s GCSE, T-Level, HND or vocational pathways, you’ll be at the heart of shaping tomorrow’s entrepreneurs, managers, and change-makers.

You will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across a range of business qualifications – from the basics of branding to the complexities of corporate strategy.
  • Lead programmes with confidence and clarity, ensuring students stay on track and inspired.
  • Create resources that bring business theory to life – think case studies, simulations, and real-world scenarios.
  • Embed essential skills like English, maths, employability, and digital literacy into your teaching.
  • Collaborate with employers to enrich the curriculum and provide meaningful work experience opportunities.
  • Track progress and providing feedback that motivates and moves students forward.
  • Contributing to college life – from open days to curriculum development and everything in between.

You need:

  • A Masters degree in Business or related subject
  • A teaching qualification (or a commitment to gain one during employment).
  • Experience teaching across multiple levels – ideally including T-Levels and HND.
  • A passion for business education and a knack for making complex concepts accessible.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Why Join Us?

  • You’ll teach in a forward-thinking college with a growing business provision.
  • You’ll have the freedom to innovate and the support to thrive.
  • You’ll work with a team that values professionalism, creativity, and a good sense of humour.
  • You’ll help shape the next generation of business leaders – and maybe learn a thing or two from them along the way.

This isn't just a teaching job, it's a chance to influence the future of business - one student at a time. If you’re ready to bring your expertise to the classroom and your energy to the team, we’d love to hear from you.

Benefits: 11 weeks holiday including bank holidays, 28.68% College pension contribution to TPS, health care cash plan, free car parking, discounted Hair & Beauty, on-site gym, staff development & training, Pluxee Retail Discount Scheme, and more!
