You will:
- Deliver engaging, personalised lessons at Level 2 on the employability programme
- Design inclusive schemes of work and lesson plans that spark curiosity and build confidence.
- Support learners every step of the way—through thoughtful assessment, constructive feedback, and a genuine belief in their potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching quality and learner outcomes.
- Champion real-world learning by connecting students with local and national employers.
You will need:
- A teaching qualification at Level 5 (or a willingness to gain one).
- Experience working with learners with SEND.
- A flair for communication, a knack for motivation, and a heart for inclusive education.
- A curious mind—always learning, always improving.
- A readiness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in everything from lesson planning to college events.
