Are you an experienced trades / construction worker looking to share your skills and support the next generation of tradespeople?

We’re looking for a Multi-Skills Technician to join our Trades team. You’ll work alongside tutors and students in our workshops, keeping tools and materials ready, demonstrating techniques, and maintaining a safe, professional learning environment.

What you’ll do:

Support teaching staff in workshops and classrooms

Demonstrate practical skills and safe tool use

Maintain, prepare and repair workshop tools and equipment

Help assess students’ practical work

Ensure health & safety standards are met

What we’re looking for:

Trades qualification or experience in construction or similar

Confident working with learners and explaining skills

Team player with good communication skills

Commitment to safety, equality, and safeguarding
