Job Title: People Operations Administrator

Location: North Star Campus

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: up to £28,434

 

We are looking for a People Operations Administrator to support the daily delivery of our HR and Recruitment processes, together we will create a smooth, engaging experience across the employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for a People Operations Administrator who’s detail-oriented, people focused, and ready to grow within a dynamic team.

 

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes

Maintaining and updating HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality

Managing employment documentation, background checks, and compliance tasks

Own system quality, by monitoring the quality of data that we input as a team

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational and administrative skills/experience

Discretion in handling confidential employee information

Confident communicator and team collaborator

Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, namely Word / Excel.
