Our Progress Coaches work directly with our students, providing pastoral support and mentoring to caseloads of students in 1-2-1 and group review sessions to identify and overcome barriers to achievement. Progress Coaching is vital, aiding our students to build develop social and employability skills supporting them to progress with their studies and to move into employment. You need to have a Level 3 qualification in Youth Work, Training (or related discipline) or be willing to work towards this, along with knowledge of Safeguarding procedures and previous experience of working with young people.
