Are you the kind of person who spots a process gap from a mile away and already has an action plan in mind?! If spreadsheets, SARs and KPIs are you kind of language, we've got just the role for you.
We're on the lookout for a Quality Manager who can bring clarity, consistency and a touch of brilliance to our Apprenticeships, Adult Learning and Corporate Services provision. This isn't just about ticking boxes, it's about raising the bar.
You will:
- Lead the charge on continuous quality improvement across apprenticeships, adult learning and partnerships
- Track achievement, retention and destination data like a quality detective, always looking for the next improvement opportunity
- Design and implement a Corporate Services Quality Framework that actually works (and people want to use!)
- Manage the Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Plan processes (because you know a good SAR is worth its weight in gold!)
- Collaborate with curriculum leaders, quality teams and external partners to ensure every learner gets a top-tier experience
- Support inspections and external quality assurance visits like a pro, because you're always "inspection ready"!
- Manage the college's complaints and compliments process with fairness, speed and a touch of diplomacy
To apply you need:
- Experience managing quality in an educational setting, especially around apprenticeships and adult learning
- A Level 5 teaching qualification and a head for data, detail and deadlines
- A calm, clear communicator who can build strong relationships across teams and with external stakeholders
- Be a creative thinker who sees quality not as a checklist, but as a culture
- Have a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and continuous improvement
You'll be part of a college that's serious about quality - but not afraid to have a little fun along the way. We're collaborative, forward-thinking and always looking for ways to do things better. If you're ready to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
